Meet Amy

A Curiosity and Passion for People

For 30 years I have engaged my curiosity and passion for people by bridging the worlds of psychotherapy, business and the “general human experience” through my studies, professional pursuits, and persistent efforts to understand myself and the humans around me.

At the heart of everything I do is my optimistic mindset and burning desire for people to live their most fulfilling, authentic lives. I enjoy combining my genuine care for people with my creativity to design custom, personalized, high-impact pathways for my clients to reach their desired goals and outcomes, with as much enjoyment as possible.

Originally a San Francisco native, I currently live in Boulder, CO with my wonderful husband, sons and dog, Daphne Rose. In my spare time you will find me crafting something with my beloved glue gun, designing a themed party, singing karaoke, or mastering my kickboxing moves.

“There is a wonderful sense of safety and trust with Amy, as she is as real as they come and never pretends to be anything she’s not. Amy’s beautiful, caring authenticity is an inspiration that encourages me to show up more fully as myself, not afraid to take my place and let my own light shine.”

Education & Certifications

My “formal” degrees include a Masters in Business from the Kellogg School of Management, followed by a Masters in Psychology from Naropa University. I’m currently LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) in the state of Colorado and ICF accredited coach. I hold multiple psychology, healing, and human-related certifications - Brainspotting, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, sound healing, mindfulness, neuroscience-based Emotional Intelligence and leadership (Leadership Circle Profile.)

First and foremost, I am a human. A living, breathing, quirky, creative, joyful, flawed, moody, messy, methodical, struggling, thriving, forever-evolving, never “done” human.

I have been on my own therapeutic journey for years, to varying degrees of success. I think I have tried almost everything! This has informed my bias of what, to me, feels effective and what doesn’t. It has also fueled my incessant drive to keep learning and exploring, so I can offer my very best to the beautiful humans who entrust me with their care.

“I’ve tried many therapists and approaches. Amy’s work brought it all together, and moved me to the next level. Her ability to bring out just the right reflection, framework or instrument at the right moment is remarkable.”
