Unlike a sound bath, where participants are often in a passive state of receiving sound, a sound odyssey is an active, dynamic experience. Participants are offered opportunities to engage in breathwork and vocal toning, and guided to follow the unique ways their minds and bodies respond to the soundscapes around them.

This innovative event is led by master sound facilitator David Shemesh and doctor of chiropractic Kevin Reichlin (www.kevinreichlin.com.) The purpose of the experience is to use the profound tools of sound, lasers, and biopsychology to give participants new ways to view, relate to, and alleviate their symptom of chronic pain.

Most people have experienced receiving messages of their inner-critic, inner pessimistic or the occasional saboteur. Brene Brown calls these characters our “shitty committee.” But most of us would prefer that they quiet down!
Learn how to relate to and revise unhelpful patterns and narratives during a one-day immersion at a gorgeous oasis in Mill Valley. Each participant will receive a hand-crafted Compassionate Kit full of beautiful and useful tools for sustained support and learning.
